Dream Warriors Youth Art Workshop

Calling all young dream warriors! This hands-on art workshop at the Springwood Branch Library invites kids ages 6 to 14 to explore painting, sculpture, and mixed-media collage in a fun, supportive environment.

Kristen Parker, a local artist and art teacher, leads each session with a new theme. This month the kids will create dream-inspired artwork — painting the wildest, most imaginative scenes they can dream up. All materials are provided.

Workshop details:

• Ages 6-14 (younger kids welcome with a parent)
• All art supplies provided
• Wear clothes that can get messy
• Take home everything you create

No experience necessary — just bring your imagination. The workshop runs from 10 AM to 12:30 PM with a snack break in the middle. Parents are welcome to stay or drop off. Space is limited to 20 kids, so sign up at the library front desk or contact Kristen at the Community Center.
